HOW TO USE: Apply one pump to the back of the hand before applying in a patting motion with a clean fingertip around the eye area, paying particular attention to any areas of expression, pigmentation or dark circles. Eye perfector can also be smoothed over the entire eye lid to act as a primer for powder eyeshadows or provide a brightening effect when worn alone.
